Waterfall’s amenities include our impressive private gated entry and magnificent community center. Waterfall's centerpiece of the community is the beautiful 8.5 acre "Tranquility Lake". For fishing enthusiasts, our lake is fully stocked with a selection of large-mouth bass, bream (bluegill and shell cracker), catfish and other species and includes 2 community fishing and observation piers. Small non-motorized boats, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboats are all allowed on Waterfall’s "Tranquility Lake".
Other amenities include biking and walking lanes incorporated into Waterfall‘s streets. Waterfall's Community Center features a large swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and meeting area for homeowner meetings and family events.
